What We Do

Five ways we engage.
One standard of results.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific situation. We don't sell retainers for the sake of retainers — we scope work to the problem.

01

WMS/OMS Implementation Leadership

Fractional or Interim Director

Full-lifecycle ownership of a warehouse or order management system implementation.

Requirements definition, vendor/IT configuration oversight, UAT strategy and execution, SOP development, training, change management, and go-live/cutover planning for a single DC or multi-site rollout.

Engagement structure

Longer-term engagement, typically 3–12 months, billed weekly or monthly retainer. Often starts with a scoping call to assess current state before a fee is proposed.

Typical duration
3–12 months
Fee structure
Weekly or monthly retainer
02

WMS Go-Live Readiness Audit

A focused, pre-launch stress test to catch what a live cutover would expose.

Review of data quality, integration points, and process readiness; a structured mock cutover; a written risk report with specific go/no-go recommendations 2–4 weeks out from launch.

Engagement structure

Short, fixed-scope engagement, typically 2–4 weeks, flat project fee. Designed as a low-commitment entry point that can lead into a larger implementation engagement.

Typical duration
2–4 weeks
Fee structure
Fixed project fee
03

Change Management for Distributed/Franchise Operations

Driving adoption of operational change across independent operators, not just employees.

Stakeholder-readiness assessment, structured rollout plan (townhalls, pilot/champion programs, audit or trust-building mechanisms), and adoption-tracking through rollout.

Engagement structure

Can be scoped as a standalone advisory engagement or bundled into a larger systems implementation; typically billed monthly over the rollout period.

Typical duration
Duration of rollout
Fee structure
Monthly retainer or bundled
04

Vendor Selection & RFP Management

Structured, defensible vendor selection before you're locked into a system.

Evaluation criteria development, RFP process management, vendor demos and scoring, business case development, and support through contract negotiation.

Engagement structure

Short, fixed-scope engagement, typically 4–8 weeks, flat project fee. A natural lead-in to a subsequent implementation engagement.

Typical duration
4–8 weeks
Fee structure
Fixed project fee
05

Labor Standards & Engineered Labor Systems

Building defensible labor standards that hold up to scrutiny and scale.

Engineered labor standard development (MSD/ModAPTS methodology), DC-level forecasting models, labor budget planning support, and CAPEX prioritization via root cause analysis.

Engagement structure

Typically a fixed-scope engagement of 4–12 weeks depending on network size, flat project fee or monthly retainer for ongoing support.

Typical duration
4–12 weeks
Fee structure
Fixed fee or retainer

Not sure which engagement fits?

Most conversations start with a scoping call to assess your current state. We'll tell you honestly what kind of engagement — if any — makes sense.
